Legal Counsel – Corporate Lawyer (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join Clearoute Inc. in Pakistan, providing corporate, commercial and regulatory legal support to our growing professional services business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters in Pakistan.
• Support company incorporation, corporate filings, board resolutions and shareholder documentation.
• Ensure company policies, contracts and business practices comply with Pakistani laws and regulations.
• Assist with dispute resolution, legal notices and coordination with external counsel.
• Advise management on legal risk and deliver practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Maintain organized legal records, templates and documentation.
• Support HR and operations with employment‑related legal matters, including offer letters, terminations and workplace compliance.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Licensed to practice law in Pakistan.
• Minimum 3–5 years of corporate/commercial legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, employment, contract and regulatory law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.
