Machine Operator

About the role

The Machine Operator position is a full‑time, on‑site role at NAS APPAREL in Lahore. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring apparel manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production runs that meet fabric and design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Load materials, perform routine equipment checks, and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished garments for defects, coordinate with supervisors on production targets, and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in garment manufacturing or textile production is preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Minimum secondary school education; vocational or technical training in textiles or machinery operation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Machine operation of apparel manufacturing equipment.
• Quality control, including garment inspection and consistency checks.
• Use of hand tools for stitching, finishing, and basic machine adjustments.
