About the role

Duseca Software is hiring motivated, articulate and career-driven fresh graduates as Management Trainees in Client Communication and Project Coordination. The position is full-time and on-site in Islamabad, with an evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. It suits people who enjoy communicating with others, solving problems, organizing tasks and building professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and coordinate tasks

Required profile

• Fresh graduate from a technical or non-technical background such as CS, Software Engineering, IT, BBA, Management Sciences, English or Mass Communication
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence in professional conversations and client interactions
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and grow professionally
