Manager Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

About the role

The Manager Fundraising & Resource Mobilization leads the development and execution of fundraising strategies for JJT’s education and child‑welfare programmes. Based onsite in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, the role works closely with program, finance and communications teams to secure and steward donor contributions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement fundraising campaigns and events, including budgeting, monitoring and post‑activity evaluation.
• Identify new funding opportunities and prepare persuasive proposals, presentations and reports.
• Maintain and update donor and CRM databases, ensuring accurate communication records.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with donors, partners, sponsors and community stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reports and ensure transparent stewardship of contributions.
• Represent JJT at meetings, networking forums and community engagements to raise the organisation’s visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, donor relations or resource mobilization within the non‑profit or social sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder‑engagement and networking abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to education, child welfare and community development, especially in under‑privileged contexts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent office productivity tools.
• Experience managing donor or CRM databases.
