Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Marketing Executive to join Game District’s team. The role focuses on planning, executing, analysing, and optimising user‑acquisition (UA) campaigns to drive installs, engagement and revenue across digital channels. You will work closely with creative, product, monetisation and analytics teams to turn data insights into growth actions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise UA campaigns across multiple ad networks.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, ARPU and retention metrics.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly campaign budgets efficiently.
• Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, tracking consistency and reporting integrity.
• Stay updated with UA trends, ad‑platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and reporting tasks simultaneously.
• UA background is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• SQL and data querying.
• Excel / Google Sheets.
• BI tools and dashboard creation.
• Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), TikTok Ads, Unity Ads.
• Familiarity with MMP tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase.
