Matrimonial Sales Call Center Team Lead

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring a Matrimonial Sales Call Center Team Lead for its sales and call center department in Karachi. The role leads a team of matrimonial sales consultants, helping them reach sales targets while guiding clients through the matchmaking process. It is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Saturday, reporting to the Sales Manager, Operations Head or General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide the team of sales representatives to exceed targets with compassion and professionalism.
• Create a supportive, positive and encouraging work atmosphere.
• Drive the team to meet daily, weekly and monthly conversion goals.
• Step in to support important client calls and secure sign-ups.
• Celebrate wins to keep the team motivated.
• Train the team in communication, relationship-building and handling objections.
• Make sure each client feels heard and respected, resolving concerns empathetically.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years in telesales, including at least 1 year in a team lead role; background in matrimonial services, matchmaking or premium personal services is a plus.
• Extroverted personality: outgoing, talkative, sociable, friendly, energetic and positive.

• Excellent command and speed on computer operations.
