MEA Data Analysis and SFE Specialist (1 Year Fixed-Term)

About the role

Haleon is looking for a MEA Data Analysis and SFE Specialist on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the MEA OU FFOF Manager, the role supports the Field Force of the Future (FFOF) programme across Expert and Pharmacy channels, including the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. It covers programme coordination, data and reporting support, market readiness tracking and user enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Support programme plans, trackers, governance materials and status reporting for the Veeva CRM to Salesforce migration, and maintain action logs, decision records, deployment schedules and risk trackers.
• Coordinate inputs from MEA markets, prepare progress updates and analysis for programme and leadership forums, and support testing, readiness, go-live and hypercare.
• Support CRM rollout with local SFE teams, Super User and Data Steward communities, training content and adoption monitoring.
• Run data extraction, cleansing, validation and reconciliation, data-quality checks, and track first-party data completeness, consent and compliance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on performance, opportunity, SIP, data quality and productivity, and support AI-driven Next Best Action testing.
• Provide performance analysis for annual business planning, reviews and commercial-effectiveness discussions, and support segmentation, targeting and territory alignment.

Required profile

• Practical experience with CRM, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data or reporting.
• Good analytical capability, strong written and verbal communication, and confidence working across countries and functions.
• Ability to follow governance, handle data responsibly, solve routine problems independently and escalate appropriately.
• Curiosity, learning agility and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva is advantageous
