Medical Virtual Assistant (Night Shift)

About the role

Careception is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based doctor offices and clinics. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and operates during the night shift, handling inbound patient communications and appointment scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and courteously.
• Book, modify, and confirm appointments for multiple clinics.
• Provide patients with basic information and guidance.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Ensure a professional and smooth call experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Graduate (preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, call centre, or telemarketing.
• Strong spoken English with a clear accent.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours on‑site.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
