Medicine Administrator and Research Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medicine Administrator and Research Assistant to support clinical and medical research activities for our Rawalpindi studies. This remote position involves coordinating study logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with data collection in a professional medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, manage study calendars and ensure smooth workflow of administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidential participant, clinical and research records with high accuracy.
• Assist with data collection, entry, literature reviews and preparation of research materials.
• Communicate with study participants, healthcare professionals, laboratories and internal teams.
• Monitor study procedures, follow approved protocols and flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Strong administrative coordination, scheduling and record‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical research processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with participants and research staff.
• Understanding of confidentiality, informed consent, research ethics and protocol compliance.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
