Merchandiser Embroidery Decoration (MTX Stitches)

About the role

Milltex is looking for a Merchandiser to manage embroidery decoration orders for the MTX Stitches line. The role bridges US operations, internal merchandising, and the local embroidery supplier network, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage embroidery orders using the Threadline platform for costing, sampling, production tracking, and dispatch.
• Communicate daily with US clients and suppliers via Threadline, messaging apps, and calls.
• Coordinate on‑site activities in Karachi and conduct occasional field visits to supplier facilities.
• Maintain accurate cost calculations based on stitch count, thread colors, techniques, backing, and run size.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (including internships at export houses, embroidery units, or buying offices).
• Fluent written and spoken English for regular communication with US stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of embroidery techniques and US apparel decoration market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Threadline web application.
• Familiarity with digitising software outputs such as Wilcom or Pulse.
• Experience working with multi‑head embroidery machines.

• Night‑shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (approx. 6 PM–3 AM PKT, Monday‑Friday).
