About the role

The Nurse Manager in the Office of Clinical Nursing Practice and Innovation will lead nursing services at Aga Khan University Hospital, driving quality, safety and accreditation initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess nursing clinical practices regularly to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and organizational standards.
• Lead and monitor nursing quality‑assurance and patient‑safety programs, promoting safe, effective, patient‑centered care.
• Oversee analysis and reporting of quality and safety data, supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in key hospital committees.
• Foster staff engagement, innovation and professional development to enhance care excellence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership in nursing practice and quality improvement.
• Experience with accreditation standards such as JCI.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
