Nursing Lecturer / Instructor – Full-time (Islamabad)

About the role

The Professional College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences (PCNAHS) in Islamabad seeks a full-time Nursing Lecturer / Instructor to join its faculty. The successful candidate will design and deliver nursing curricula, provide hands‑on clinical training, and mentor students to prepare them for professional practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and deliver curriculum for BSN, Post‑RN and allied health programmes.
• Conduct classroom lectures and practical sessions in critical‑care and clinical environments.
• Prepare lesson plans, set examinations, evaluate student performance and give constructive feedback.
• Guide and mentor students throughout their academic journey, fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• BSN or Post‑RN BSc Nursing (minimum 16 years of education) from a recognised institution.
• Active registration with the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC); a Master’s degree (MSN) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years post‑internship clinical experience for BSN holders or 2 years post‑degree experience for Post‑RN holders.
• Prior teaching experience in a nursing academic or clinical training setting is strongly preferred.
