Nutrition Specialist – Infant Nutrition (Karachi)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Nutrition team in Karachi as a Nutrition Specialist focused on infant nutrition. You will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, delivering accurate, evidence‑based information while adhering to the WHO Code and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain value‑driven relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other HCPs through structured engagements.
• Deliver high‑quality scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, emphasizing features, benefits and appropriate usage.
• Execute territory plans to ensure optimal coverage, engagement frequency and impact.
• Drive ethical market‑share growth within the legitimate prescription space.
• Plan and conduct scientific activities such as group presentations, speaker sessions and round‑table discussions.
• Support participation in medical conferences and professional forums.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions using CRM systems.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities and prescribing behaviours to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with the WHO Code, local regulations and Nestlé ethical standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals.
• Track record of working independently in dynamic environments.
• Experience organizing scientific engagements or medical activities.
• Strong communication, planning and execution skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach.
