Office Based Zoom Host & HR Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy professional to serve as the primary point of contact for both our physical office and virtual meeting environment. Working the night shift, you will manage a high‑end reception desk while hosting and controlling all corporate Zoom sessions, from candidate interviews to client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and technically manage all Zoom sessions, configuring waiting rooms, security settings, recordings and co‑host permissions.
• Admit candidates, introduce panel members, and hand off sessions smoothly to HR interviewers.
• Troubleshoot audio, video and connectivity issues instantly during live sessions.
• Maintain accurate Zoom logs and securely store dated recordings.
• Greet walk‑in candidates, clients and vendors, keep the front desk tidy and log visitor information.
• Verify appointments, distribute and collect application forms, and manage waiting‑area timelines.
• Operate the reception telephone line, screen calls and route messages appropriately.
• Support HR admin tasks such as visitor logs, courier registers and preparation of interview packs or onboarding kits.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in Urdu and English, with professional written skills.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure and able to multitask between physical and virtual duties.
• Available to work the night shift (7:45 PM – 5:15 AM).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom hosting controls, waiting rooms, breakout sessions and security settings.
• Basic IT troubleshooting for audio, video and network issues.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shared calendar scheduling tools.
