Onsite Sales Agent – Travel & Tours

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our Lahore office and promote our Umrah, visa and international tour packages. The role is fully onsite and involves direct interaction with prospective travellers, guiding them through our services and converting interest into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients interested in Umrah, visa processing and overseas tours.
• Answer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about itineraries, pricing and requirements.
• Identify qualified leads, nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain follow‑up communication with potential customers until the booking is finalized.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of travel documents.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic confidence in sales techniques and ability to persuade.
• Willingness to travel locally when needed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Good command of English (and Urdu) for client interactions.
