About the role
Genova IVF & Fertility Centre is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Nurse to join its clinical team in Multan. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality pre‑operative and post‑operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning, comfort and safety.
- Maintain sterile fields using aseptic techniques and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
- Conduct surgical counts, handle specimens, and ensure accurate patient records.
- Provide post‑operative monitoring and administer prescribed medications.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and communicate effectively with consultants and clinical staff.
Required profile
- Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery with current professional registration.
- Minimum two years of experience in an operating theater setting.
- Flexibility to work variable hours aligned with procedure schedules.
