Owner - Full-Time On-Site Business

About the role

TIM is a locally based organisation in the Multan District focused on delivering reliable products and services to its customers. It is looking for an Owner for a full-time, on-site position in Multan. The Owner oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management and day-to-day decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff, set performance goals and ensure customer needs are met with consistent quality and service.
• Manage key relationships with suppliers, partners and clients.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and implement efficient processes.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship or senior management with responsibility for operations and strategy.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, including performance management, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of local market dynamics in Multan District.
• Relevant education in business, management or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
• Comfortable working on-site, managing multiple priorities and making timely decisions in a fast-moving environment.
