Paid Media Manager

About the role

Cerahi Industries, a manufacturer of surgical and dental instruments serving the global healthcare industry, is hiring a full-time, on-site Paid Media Manager based in the Lahore District. The role plans, executes and optimises paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand visibility and support global sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop media strategies and manage media budgets
• Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
• Work with external media partners and prepare performance reports
• Test new media formats and platforms and keep campaigns aligned with brand guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing paid campaigns, including search, social, display and other performance-oriented media
• Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare or B2B marketing is an advantage

Required skills

• Media planning and strategy, including budgeting, channel selection and performance optimisation
• Understanding of new media platforms and evolving media trends
• Effective communication and public relations skills
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and recommend improvements
• Strong organisational and time management skills
