Partner Acquisition Manager – Pakistan Market

About the role

PrimeXBT is expanding its footprint in Pakistan and seeks a motivated Partner Acquisition Manager to lead partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation for its crypto and CFD trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential partners such as influencers, educators, communities, and agencies through LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks.
• Conduct outreach via email, messaging apps, and calls with personalized, structured communication.
• Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential; run discovery calls to align goals.
• Present partnership models, negotiate terms, and set short‑term performance goals.
• Onboard partners into tracking systems, educate them on tools and tiers, and support launch of first campaigns.
• Monitor performance, help optimise activation, and drive partners to achieve Active status (5+ first‑time deposits).
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline, and handover activated partners to Business Development Managers.

Required profile

• Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within the trading industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort working with targets and KPIs, organized and proactive.
• Familiarity with CRMs and digital tools.
