People & Culture Officer

About the role

Do you believe People & Culture is about more than traditional HR administration? We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and proactive individual to join our People & Culture team at PDA and contribute to building a modern, high‑performing organisation supporting Pakistan's digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Mindset: attract the right talent, deliver a positive candidate experience and support quality hiring decisions.
• HR Operations & Governance: manage HR documentation, employee records, compliance requirements and formal approval processes, including government e‑Office workflows.
• People & Culture Perspective: enhance employee experience, engagement, development and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ownership & Drive: take initiative, manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or Organisational Psychology from an HEC‑recognised institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with public‑sector processes and government e‑Office systems is an advantage.
• Curious, driven, eager to learn and ready to contribute to a forward‑thinking People & Culture function.
