Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

A Growth & Marketing team in Lahore is looking for an analytical, proactive and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to execute, monitor and optimise paid acquisition campaigns. You will manage day-to-day operations across paid social and search, test direct-response creative concepts and turn campaign data into actionable insights to lower customer acquisition costs.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads
• Research and build high-intent audiences, including custom interest clusters and value-based Lookalike Audiences
• Monitor daily spend pacing, adjust bids and keep keyword lists, audience exclusions and placements clean
• Write direct-response ad copy, collaborate with designers on creatives and run A/B tests on hooks, formats and angles
• Keep UTM parameters clean, help verify conversion events and pixels, and flag tracking issues early
• Track performance in Google Analytics 4 and native dashboards, and prepare weekly reports on spend, CPA/CPL, CTR and ROAS
• Identify post-click drop-offs and run on-page conversion rate optimisation tests with web and design teams

Required profile

• Fresh graduates: degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Media Studies or a related field, supported by internships, coursework or hands-on platform projects
• Mid-level (1-3 years): proven track record building and managing live campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheet modelling (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Solid understanding of paid ad structures, GA4 metrics and tracking basics (pixels, conversion tags, event triggers)
• Nice to have: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or HubSpot certification, and basic Google Tag Manager knowledge
