Performance Marketing Resource – Meta Ads & Google Ads

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Resource with hands‑on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns that generate quality leads for our software development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics such as budgets, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR and ROAS.
• Optimise campaigns based on data insights and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives and suggest landing‑page improvements.
• Track leads and campaign results through detailed reporting.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creative assets.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a software development or IT company.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
