Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns. The role focuses on generating leads and supporting business growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads and high‑converting landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and social insights dashboards.
• Report on KPIs, analyse data and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Build and customise landing pages with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Improve sales funnels and implement strategies for better lead generation.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels and event tracking across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between PKR 100,000 and PKR 150,000 per month.
• Full‑time, on‑site role (12 PM – 9 PM) in Lahore, near Emporium Mall.
