Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta & TikTok Ads

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns targeting the UK and US markets. The role focuses on sales‑oriented campaigns, conversion tracking, and leveraging Meta's AI‑driven Andromeda ecosystem to maximise revenue and return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and continuously optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Target audiences in the UK and US, focusing on sales, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, creative, placement and campaign‑level testing.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
• Scale successful campaigns while preserving profitability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts, hooks, UGC and variations.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion events.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta platform changes, AI developments and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads, preferably for UK and US audiences.
• Proven track record with sales or conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimisation decisions.
• Experience handling advertising budgets and performance targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
