About the role

We are seeking a presentable and modern Personal Assistant (PA) to join our hotel in Gulberg, Lahore. The PA will act as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while maintaining high standards of guest service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and room reservations efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints and special requests.
  • Maintain the client and reception areas tidy, organized and presentable at all times.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication skills and a modern, confident personality.
  • Presentable, bold and able to interact with guests courteously.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; the role can be considered for off‑time candidates.

Required skills

  • Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal communication.
  • Basic branding and management awareness.
  • Ability to work in a media‑oriented hospitality environment.
