About the role

Join Siemens Pakistan as a People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner and help shape the future of work. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR insight and influencing people‑related decisions that drive culture and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and provide independent, data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead the implementation of global P&O initiatives, ensuring local relevance and compliance.
• Design and execute HR programs that support workforce agility, talent development, and organizational resilience.
• Coach leaders to build high‑performing, diverse teams and facilitate workforce planning and organizational design discussions.
• Analyze external market trends and translate insights into people and organizational strategies.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change.
