Power Platform Functional Consultant

About the role

A Microsoft Dynamics 360 partner specialising in ERP implementations, CRM modernisation, cloud migrations and Microsoft technologies is looking for a Power Platform Functional Consultant based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The consultant helps clients transform their business processes through Power Platform solutions by understanding requirements, designing functional solutions and working with technical teams to deliver business applications and automations. The position is full-time and can be hybrid or remote.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, processes and user needs.
• Translate requirements into functional Power Platform solutions.
• Design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Design and improve workflows, automations and approval processes.
• Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers and business stakeholders.
• Support integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint and other systems.
• Take part in testing, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Run solution demonstrations and provide user training when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital transformation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Power Platform consulting, business applications or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience designing workflows, automations and business solutions.
• Understanding of data, integrations and common Microsoft business application patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment.

Required skills

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Preferred: Power Platform certification such as PL-200, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, Power Pages or Copilot, data migration and integration experience, and experience with international or US-based clients.
