PR & Influencer Marketing Executive

About the role

The PR & Influencer Marketing Executive will shape and promote the brand’s image by designing and executing influencer campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with creative teams, clients, and external partners to deliver compelling content and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, present, and manage influencer campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and other platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client briefs.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and post‑campaign analyses.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and content creators.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate and curate campaign content.
• Attend networking events and conduct industry, competitor, and audience research.
• Brainstorm innovative approaches and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
• Ensure campaign delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Travel nationally and internationally for client meetings and campaign execution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in PR & Influencer Marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences or a related field.
• Strong client communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, emerging technologies, and innovative content solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
