About the role
The Pricing and Operations Officer will manage freight pricing and daily operational activities for air and sea shipments, ensuring competitive rates and smooth execution.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review quotations for air and sea freight.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
- Oversee shipment execution and monitor customs clearance progress.
- Track operational performance and support billing and cost analysis.
- Update pricing databases and assist in process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and finance skills for pricing, cost calculations and margin analysis.
- Solid operations management experience to coordinate shipments and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain or transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic business software competency.
