Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Clinic

About the role

Ibnesina Clinic is seeking a compassionate physician to deliver primary care services in an outpatient setting. You will manage patient consultations, develop treatment plans, and ensure high‑quality medical care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and routine outpatient procedures.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Order, receive, and interpret routine laboratory tests and basic imaging.
• Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and pharmacy staff for sample collection, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.
• Maintain accurate medical records while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
• Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, referrals, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Required profile

• Valid MBBS or equivalent degree with full Pakistan Medical Commission registration.
• Proven ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic primary‑care conditions.
• Strong knowledge of common medications, dosing, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with infection‑control measures and clinic safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
