Product Consultant, Channels CX

About the role

S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a Channel Solutions Product Consultant in Islamabad. You will answer client queries about data feeds and cloud services, showcase your knowledge of the company's tools, data and covered industries, and help improve the customer experience. The role starts in a frontline position with frequent interaction with sales and product management, offering growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from data feed and cloud service clients.
• Provide professional, timely support for feed-based products.
• Track client issues accurately and on time in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Document new solutions and product updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to answer client concerns, route improvement requests and sales leads.
• Stay up to date on existing and new product offerings.

Required profile

• Experience in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Team player with flexibility for change in a dynamic environment.
• Desire and aptitude for continuous learning.
• Preferred: 0-2 years of experience in a finance or data-related position; investment knowledge (private/public equity, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, commodities); SQL experience.
• Must be willing to work the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) and on holidays and weekends.
