Production Identification Engineer

About the role

The Production Identification Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving production and maintenance activities on the manufacturing line. The role ensures that the planned production program is delivered efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and share the daily production programme with foremen and ensure it follows defined processes and quality parameters.
• Maintain accurate production records, monitor productivity, and drive productivity‑improvement initiatives.
• Implement and supervise daily, monthly and annual lubrication and maintenance plans for line equipment.
• Record machine failures, analyse root causes, and develop projects to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, spare‑part ordering, and TPM‑based maintenance schedules.
• Train foremen, operators and technicians on maintenance, repair and cleaning procedures.
• Support staff in troubleshooting equipment issues and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Execute necessary modifications to the production line to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc or B.E) or an equivalent qualification.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
