Project Manager – AI‑First Design Agency

About the role

Bricks Tech is an AI‑first design and development agency that builds MVPs and custom applications in 4–8 weeks. We are looking for a hands‑on Project/Product Manager to own client projects from concept to launch, coordinating designers, engineers, and clients throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Own client projects from kickoff to launch, handling planning, scoping, sequencing and delivery within time and budget.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent builds, switching contexts smoothly while keeping each on track.
• Act as the primary client contact: run kickoffs, demos, check‑ins, set expectations and navigate scope, timeline or budget changes.
• Translate client goals into clear scope and requirements, validating technical and design feasibility with the team.
• Partner with designers to shape product experience, reviewing wireframes, UI/UX flows and providing structured feedback.
• Coordinate internal resources, engineers and third‑party vendors for high‑quality execution.
• Maintain realistic project plans, track progress and communicate status to clients and leadership.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes, keeping documentation current.
• Identify risks early, surface blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships that generate repeat work and referrals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project or product management experience, preferably in an agency, startup or software product environment.
• Proven track record of shipping products and leading teams of varying sizes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, strong sense of good product and design, and ability to hold technical conversations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
