Project Manager LPG Distribution (Skardu)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead LPG logistics and distribution operations in Skardu. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery, inventory control, sales support and technical issue resolution in a challenging terrain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily distribution, last‑mile delivery, routing, fleet utilization and 3PL partners.
• Maintain accurate cylinder stock levels, implement inventory control processes and coordinate with procurement.
• Support sales targets, plan demand, identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Resolve field‑level technical and operational issues, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead, train and supervise field staff, drivers and warehouse personnel, managing performance and KPIs.
• Prepare operational reports, track delivery timelines, inventory turnover and sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in logistics, distribution or operations, preferably in LPG, FMCG or hospitality.
• Experience working in remote or northern areas such as Skardu.
• Knowledge of LPG cylinder distribution, safety standards and 3PL vendor management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using reporting tools.
