Project Manager - Real Estate Development

About the role

Taiba Developers Pvt Ltd is a real estate development company focused on residential and commercial projects, known for its flagship development Oasis Palm Tower in Faisal Hills, Islamabad. It is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate project delivery so that approved scope, schedule, quality and cost expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project activities, milestones, schedules, budgets and resource requirements from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep construction and development work aligned.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify delays or risks early and develop mitigation and recovery actions.
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance requirements with technical and site teams.
• Track project costs, procurement needs, change requests and documentation, escalating significant variances.
• Hold project and site coordination meetings, keep clear records and report progress to management.
• Support issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Demonstrated project planning and delivery experience, including work breakdowns, schedules, milestones and resource coordination.
• Experience coordinating construction or real estate stakeholders such as contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Ability to track budgets, costs, procurement, changes and schedule performance.
• Understanding of construction quality, site safety, compliance and project documentation.
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving and escalation skills.
• Clear communication, meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
• Organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project scheduling or project management tools.
• Standard office software.
