Project Specialist – Telecom Infrastructure & Power

About the role

Cratus Technologies is seeking a Project Specialist to lead telecom infrastructure and power projects across Pakistan and beyond. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing RAN/BSS rollouts, site acquisition, civil works, and power system deployments while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end telecom infrastructure deployment projects.
• Lead RAN/BSS rollout, site acquisition, installation, commissioning, and integration activities.
• Oversee power infrastructure projects including rectifiers, generators, lithium batteries, solar and hybrid solutions.
• Supervise civil works, tower erection, shelter installation, and overall site development.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, risk management, and handle acceptance documentation and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication engineering.
• 5–10+ years of telecom project management experience with operators or vendors.
• Proven experience in RAN/BSS rollout, power systems and civil infrastructure.
• PMP certification preferred.
