Property Management Specialist – Outbound Sales

About the role

The Property Management Specialist will focus on outbound sales activities, contacting potential customers to promote Ilaan's property management products and services. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to generate leads and build client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Introduce and explain company products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Confidence handling customer interactions over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call centers, or sales is an advantage.
