About the role
Imaarat.com, a project of Indigo Developers, is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for its growing e‑commerce platform focused on construction and building materials.
Key responsibilities
- Source construction and building materials at the best possible rates.
- Develop and manage a strong vendor/supplier network.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and supply arrangements.
- Monitor market and competitor prices to maintain competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with Sales, E‑Commerce, Warehouse and Management teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Experience in construction/building materials highly preferred.
- Prior e‑commerce procurement experience preferred.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Commercially sharp with solid knowledge of pricing and margins.
- Hands‑on, market‑oriented and confident dealing with vendors and senior management.
- Lahore‑based candidates preferred.
