Quality Associate Data Ops

About the role

Join the Market Intelligence Data Operations Process Quality team to verify product specifications and ensure data accuracy across a range of consumer sectors. This entry‑level position supports global quality standards for market research data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on automated iQC samples.
• Assist in developing and implementing global process quality products and procedures.
• Set QC ratings as quality proof and base for further analysis.
• Ensure standardized, transparent, and neutral quality checks of product master data.
• Respond to internal or external customer complaints as needed.

Required profile

• Good product knowledge and internet searching skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards and strong technical knowledge of online/e‑commerce products.
• Ability to complete tasks on time with expected accuracy.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with technical knowledge.
