Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to oversee daily QA activities across Sales, Virtual Assistant operations, Client Management and Human Resources. Reporting to the Director QA, you will ensure process compliance, identify operational risks and maintain data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate daily performance and sales reports within defined timelines.
• Conduct quality assessments for at least five clients per branch each day, monitoring client‑VA email communications for compliance risks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client status records and flag delayed reporting.
• Document all findings in a daily QA log, attaching digital or physical evidence such as screenshots, reports or emails.
• Escalate findings in writing to the Director QA, highlighting high‑risk compliance or client‑loss threats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in QA, internal audit, HR administration or operational compliance, preferably in a BPO or multi‑department environment.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, process compliance and basic Pakistani labour laws.
• Strong attention to detail, objective reporting and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms for data tracking.

• Night shift schedule (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM, Monday to Friday) at our Rawalpindi office.
