About the role

The Nexus is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility within the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to real estate.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate data, segment audiences, and track customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing collateral and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation and monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
