Real Estate Sales Advisor

About the role

MGC Developments is hiring a Real Estate Sales Advisor for its head office in DHA Phase 2, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident and results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to generate leads and close property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate potential clients through calls, referrals, networking and other marketing channels.
• Guide clients on available properties, investment opportunities and real estate projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange property visits, meetings and client consultations.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Negotiate deals and support clients through the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy or a similar sales role is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive and focused on results.
