Property Specialist - Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

IMARAT, a leading Pakistani real estate group with headquarters in the UK and subsidiaries in the UK and Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Consultant (Property Specialist) in DHA, Rawalpindi. The consultant engages prospective and existing clients, presents properties and gives detailed advice on project offerings and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare proposals, quotations and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams so sales strategies match ongoing campaigns and messaging stays consistent.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales targets.
• Support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting skills, with experience guiding clients through complex real estate decisions.
• Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in real estate, property development or investment advisory; prior high-value sales experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi, handle multiple leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
