Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

Aqua Heights Properties, a Karachi-based real estate brokerage and property consultancy serving Clifton, DHA Karachi and Dubai, is looking for a Sales Executive to guide clients through property options and support successful transactions. The role suits a service-minded, target-focused person who can build local market knowledge and handle several client opportunities at once.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and property investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential, commercial, rental and investment properties.
• Arrange property viewings, present listings and explain features, pricing and transaction steps.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate and coordinate deals from start to closure.
• Promote Clifton and DHA Karachi listings and Dubai project opportunities according to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, property availability and sales pipeline activity.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other parties to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, lead follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, active listening and a professional client-service approach.
• Ability to qualify buyer, seller, tenant, landlord and investor requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Confident presentation, property viewing coordination, objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Interest in residential and commercial real estate, rentals, new projects and property investment.
• Organised, self-motivated and resilient, able to work toward sales targets in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
• Working knowledge of Karachi neighbourhoods such as Clifton and DHA is advantageous; familiarity with Dubai project offerings is a plus.
