Recruiter – Hybrid (Karachi) – 1-2 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join Bionic Talent’s in‑house Talent Acquisition team in Karachi. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for international clients, source top talent, conduct interviews and help place candidates while earning uncapped USD‑pegged commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for client vacancies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct screening and competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate final interview scheduling with senior recruiters.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates.
• Consistently meet recruitment KPIs and placement targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model in Karachi.
