Recruitment Consultant – Senior Recruiter

About the role

HR Force International is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring operations for both international and local placements. The role combines strategic sourcing, client management, and team leadership in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.
• Manage relationships with international and local clients, understanding hiring needs and delivering qualified candidates on time.
• Mentor, coach and monitor a team of recruiters and recruitment associates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international labour regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and report to management.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation packages and oversee offer roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of progressive recruitment experience, including international staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and local market recruitment.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
