Recruitment Intern

About the role

A client of PostEx is hiring a Recruitment Intern in Lahore. The intern supports the recruitment team with day-to-day tasks such as screening candidates, coordinating interviews and keeping records up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep all records up to date.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Help organize recruitment events and job fairs.
• Support the team with administrative duties and recruitment-related projects.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Enthusiasm for learning about recruitment processes and strategies.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition is a plus, though not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
