Recruitment Specialist – Night Shift Call Center HR Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead all HR functions for our night‑shift call‑center team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on full‑cycle recruitment, employee engagement and compliance with local labour regulations, ensuring smooth operations during international BPO hours.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all HR activities for the night‑shift workforce, including policy implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding candidates suited for nocturnal operations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct performance appraisals and act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to the Punjab Labour Code 2026 and internal safety procedures.
• Track and analyse attendance, retention and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in an HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of handling complex personnel issues independently.
• Demonstrated autonomy in leading operations during night hours with minimal supervision.
• Residency in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area and willingness to work a night‑shift schedule.
