Recruitment Specialist - Sales Callers (Part-Time Remote)

About the role

Silverlight Research Group For Recruiters 6 is a recruitment services provider that connects organisations with sales and customer-facing professionals, working remotely with flexible engagement models. It is looking for a part-time remote Recruitment Specialist who sources and engages candidates for sales-related positions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates, present available opportunities and assess initial fit against role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up to keep the recruitment process smooth
• Work with internal stakeholders to refine candidate profiles and share updates on pipeline activity
• Support training or onboarding coordination where needed

Required profile

• Strong recruiting and hiring skills to manage end-to-end candidate outreach and selection
• Effective interviewing and training skills to assess suitability and support onboarding
• Excellent communication, including confident phone presence and clear written communication
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage time well and handle several tasks at once
• Attention to detail and comfort with recruitment or CRM tools, spreadsheets and online communication platforms
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales support or customer service is an advantage; experience in sales calling, customer outreach or telesales is beneficial
