Regional Head of Sales & Services (Rawalpindi)

About the role

The Regional Head of Sales & Services will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new enterprise accounts and ensuring post‑sales service excellence across the Rawalpindi market. Reporting to the Director of Government & Corporate Sales & Services – North, you will act as the single commercial face for customers and champion the field team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, gross margin and new‑account targets while expanding within existing named accounts.
• Develop and execute a regional industry plan, set goals for each sector and monitor progress weekly.
• Drive portfolio mix by executing cross‑sell and attach strategies for Cloud, Solutions/DICT, Mobility and Fixed/Connectivity products.
• Maintain accurate account plans, identify white‑space opportunities and prioritize prospects.
• Lead daily prospecting, weekly deal reviews and pipeline management to meet coverage and win‑rate objectives.
• Coordinate solution selling, discovery and bid processes with technical and delivery teams.
• Co‑sell with CSPs, SIs and ISPs, align joint account plans and capture partner leads.
• Collect win/loss data, competitor insights and price‑to‑win signals to refine offers.
• Ensure timely billing, collections and resolve disputes in partnership with credit and contracts.
• Own regional customer experience, handling escalations and acceptance with delivery teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 8‑10 years of enterprise selling experience, preferably in ICT, Cloud or IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and margin targets.
• Strong understanding of government and corporate sales cycles.
